2026 SAIL/Cyamus Annual Conference

Theme:  Connecting Oceans of Knowledge: Collaboration in Marine and Aquatic Libraries

Please join us for a lively and informative meeting in a friendly setting!

The 2026 SAIL/Cyamus Joint annual conference brings together people sharing ideas, experiences, and insights from across the continent and connecting the oceans. Meeting sessions and events will be held at the Gulf Coast Research Laboratory, located in Ocean Springs, Mississippi on the shore of the Gulf of Mexico. Registration fees are for members and non-members alike.

Registration Fees (at left):

• General attendee: $135
• General attendee (1-day): $50
• Virtual attendee: $10
• Student rate: Free, pending sponsorship from SAIL or Cyamus.

Full in-person registration includes:

• Meeting registration
• Facilities access
• Opening reception and closing banquet
• All meals during the conference
• Field trips during the conference

Registration does not include:

• Transportation to the conference 
• Lodging
• Optional post-conference field trip (TBD)
• Guests may pay a la carte for activities

Registration deadlines

• In person: Tuesday, May 12, 2026
• Virtual: Monday, May 18, 2026

A full refund will be granted up to the registration deadline.
