Sponsorship Opportunities

We are looking forward to an exciting conference this year!

We expect librarians and information managers from key aquatic and marine research organizations and universities around the world. Sponsoring the conference is an excellent way to reach these attendees and promote your products. Our program will include scheduled time and opportunities for vendors to interact both formally and informally with attendees.

This year we have identified the following four levels of sponsorship ($3000, $2000, $1000, $500) to address specific needs for the conference.

Admiral - $3,000

Purpose: to support our online conference infrastructure and platform

Recognition:

Logo added to IAMSLIC website for 1 year as a sponsor of our online platform (Wild Apricot)
An ad in the conference program – full page
Opportunity during conference program for a 30 minute product demo
Conference registration for 2 representatives
Acknowledgment of sponsorship by conference convener
Recognition as a sponsor on the conference website and program

Captain - $2,000

Purpose: to support discounted registration rates for attendees

Recognition:

An ad in the conference program – half page
Opportunity during conference program for a 20 minute product demo
Conference registration for 2 representatives
Acknowledgment of sponsorship by conference convener
Recognition as a sponsor on the conference website and program

Commander - $1,000

Purpose: to support discounted or free registrations for conference presenters

Recognition:

An ad in the conference program – quarter page
Opportunity during conference program for a 15 minute product demo
Conference registration for 1 representative
Acknowledgment of sponsorship by conference convener
Recognition as a sponsor on the conference website and program

Lieutenant - $500

Purpose: to support other conference expenses

Recognition:

Conference registration for 1 representative
Acknowledgment of sponsorship by conference convener
Recognition as a sponsor on the conference website and program

Please note: Vendors must pay the appropriate member or non-member conference registration cost for each additional representative who attends beyond the allotted numbers outlined above.

Should you decide to sponsor this event, we would like to have a letter of commitment as soon as convenient. Or, you can submit your sponsorship now on our Support Us page at: https://iamslic.wildapricot.org/Support-Us/. In the comments, please include that this donation is for "IAMSLIC 2021 Conference Sponsorship" and, if applicable, the name(s) and contact information of the representative(s) that will be attending the conference (if that person differs from the submitter of the donation).
