The planning committee of the 48th Annual Conference of the International Association of Aquatic and Marine Science Libraries and Information Centers (IAMSLIC) is excited to invite you to join us for From Streams to Oceans to be held in Montevideo, Uruguay 18-21 October 2022 (with a pre-conference on 17 October 2022) and virtually to remote participants.

Registration Rates

Potential attendees are encouraged to seek support for attendance from their IAMSLIC regional group, according to the regional group's policies and procedures.

• • (In person) Most meals (except for 3 dinners) with breakfast included at conference hotels

  • (In person) Conference field trip

  • (All) Associated conference fees and technology

• Registration does not include:

• • (All) Credit card/wire transfer payment transaction fees for registration (*Credit card charge is ~4% and Wire Transfer Receipt fee is $16)

  • (In person) Hotel (e.g. 5 nights is approximately $150-$275 shared/single)

  • (In person) Alternative transportation to and from airport (bus - $4 round trip; taxi ~$100 round trip). Note that free transportation will be coordinated by DINARA.

  • Changes to registration type must be requested by October 3, and will incur a flat $50 fee plus any transaction fees.
